Symphony, redesigned with you in mind. With one of the most unique regional orchestras in the country creating a powerhouse audience for “Make More Music Mondays,” we’ve proved that the symphony can be a home for everybody. The hall is abuzz with the joy of music, the power of the Middle Georgia community, and Mercer University’s McDuffie Center Young Artists collaborating with Atlanta Symphony Orchestra musicians. All shows proudly presented at The Grand Opera House.

Macon Mayor Lester Miller will be joined by his predecessors, Robert Reichert and C. Jack Ellis, in Copland’s Lincoln Portrait, reading excerpts from some of the 16th president’s greatest speeches, including the Gettysburg address.

Bring a Group! The Center is committed to making the symphony accessible and available for all. Substantial discounts, educational resources, and more are available for groups. We aim for our audience to be reflective of Macon’s rich community. Students of all ages can get free tickets at the door, but you can reserve a group of 10+ students with chaperone tickets in advance.
