The Grand Opera House Box Office is operated by Mercer Ticket Sales, which is located at 400 Poplar Street. Starting January 3, 2012, the Box Office and Mercer Ticket Sales will be relocated to the Box Office at the Grand Opera House, located at 651 Mulberry Street.

The Box Office is open weekdays, 10 a.m.  to 5 p.m. A satellite office at the Mercer University Center is open weekdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
