The Grand Opera House Box Office and Mercer Ticket sales is your source for tickets to events at The Grand Opera House, Townsend School of Music, Mercer Athletics events and for various community events. You may purchase tickets to any event at any time online at tickets.mercer.edu.

Box Office Locations & Hours

Beginning Jan. 3, 2012, the main Box Office for The Grand Opera House and Mercer Ticket Sales returns to its original home at The Grand Opera House, located at 651 Mulberry Street. The box office windows are located in the lobby across from the elevator. You may purchase tickets here in person or by phone at (478) 301-5470, weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. From May through July the Box Office hours change to weekdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Box Office opens an hour and a half prior to each performance.  Click for directions to this location.

A satellite Box Office is located at the University Center on the campus of Mercer University in Macon. This location is open weekdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Click for directions to this location.
