The Grand has hosted a wide variety of events and offers an impressive list of services to meet your needs. Computerized box office services and online ticketing capabilities are available through Mercer Ticket Sales. The Encore Room is perfect for pre- or post-parties and receptions, and you can personally select your food and beverage choices from our caterer's impressive menu. The Grand also provides safety and security personnel, house managers, and ushers.
Significant renovations completed in Summer 2005 include HVAC upgrades, stage floor replacement, new aisle lighting in the balcony, and a breathtaking new color scheme inside the theater. These renovations and repairs, conducted by Mercer University, were partially funded by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Save America's Treasures Grant Program and the Peyton Anderson Foundation.

Event Ticketing Request Form - All events ticketed by Mercer Ticket Sales must submit this form for approval at least two weeks prior to the desired on-sale date.
Encore Room
Victorian refreshment area for pre- or post-show parties for up to 80 people. We will cater to your needs. Use of the Encore Room is included in regular rental or available seperately.
