FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does my child need a ticket?
The Grand goes by the “lap rule” – every person who sits in a seat must have a ticket, so if your child is small enough to sit in your lap, then they do not need a ticket. Usually this applies to children 2 and under. It is suggested that parents seriously consider bringing children under the age of 4 to the theatre, both for the child’s sake and as a courtesy to your fellow audience members.
